MISSION

West Coast Arts Foundation's mission is to provide a community resource for adults and young artists through the production of artistic projects. Young artists from families and schools that cannot provide enrichment programs.

50% of WCAF'S profits are placed in its Scholarship/Apprentice Rewards Program. Honorees are presented in a special showcase and awarded a gift at the end of each fiscal year.

PROCEEDS

The Marin Art & Jazz Festival will donate funds to subsidize the purchase of musical instruments for low-income high school students living in underserved communities in Oakland, Richmond, the Canal area of Marin, Petaluma, Marin City and San Francisco's Hunters Point. A percentage of funds will also be allocated for West Coast Arts Scholarship/apprentice reward program.
